How It Works
Connection
The Suprex Reader Extenders allow access control readers to be installed much farther from the controller, addressing common distance and wiring limitations without costly trenching or rewiring.
Suprex Installation
A "Suprex" is a pair of units.
1 unit connects to the reader,
1 unit connects to the panel.
Specifications
For single door applications. Not compatible with EXP-2000 Expansion Pairs. For applications connecting multiple doors over a Suprex twisted-pair RS-485 connection, use the SPX-7500.
