Single- and dual-lane handheld kits for mobile credential verification.

The Cypress Wireless Handheld Reader Kit integrates with an existing access control system to verify credentials at sites where no reader exists. The handheld reader wirelessly communicates with its base unit, which is wired to the existing access controller. The controller validates credentials scanned at the handheld reader and sends positive or negative feedback to the reader. The HHR-4000 system secures the wireless connection using OSDP Secure Channel communication with AES-128 encryption.
